The requirement is of an area sales manager for an animal healthcare company. Responsibilities are
Achieving sales target and product mix for region
Support & develop sales team to deliver business activities efficiently and effectively in line with business strategy.
Engaging customers and key clients in marketing activities and sales promotion campaigns as defined by organization.
Managing training of sales team with product knowledge execution skills and market trends.
Managing Report submissions as per organization policies including FF KPIs Campaign reports Sales etc
Attending online & offline training programs organized by organization to improve skills and performance.
