Overview:
The Area Manager will oversee the sales operations and performance of the specified location. The aim is to provide quality products to the dairy and poultry farmer which will help improve their productivity and profitability. This position will play a vital role in contributing to the companys growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieving sales target for the region
Support & develop sales team to deliver business activities efficiently and effectively in line with business strategy.
Engaging customers and key clients in marketing activities and sales promotion campaigns as defined by organization.
Managing training of sales team with product knowledge execution skills and market trends.
Managing Report submissions as per organization policies including FF KPIs Campaign reports Sales etc
Attending online & offline training programs organized by organization to improve skills and performance.
