As a Revit Architect you will play a pivotal role in our client s dynamic team. Your expertise will shine as you implement meticulous QC practices to ensure the accurate and precise completion of work received from U.S. managers minimizing the need for rework. With your adept skills youll craft and refine construction documents seamlessly incorporating redlines and verbal or written guidance all while exercising a high degree of autonomy.

• Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Architecture.
  
• Architectural License or pending licensure highly preferred.
  
• 5 years relevant experience in a similar position at an architecture firm.
  
• LEED Green Associate LEED AP or alternate rating system certification a plus.
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English oral and written.
  
• Flexibility to work 4 am 1 pm Tuesday Saturday enabling collaboration with managers and team members located at offices in the U.S.
  
• Ability to work effectively with managers and team members located at offices in the U.S.
  
• Proficiency with Revit including Families.
  
• Proficiency with AutoCAD AutoDesk A360 SketchUp and InDesign.
  
• Capability to avoid rework of tasks by asking appropriate questions in a timely manner.
  
• Detailoriented approach including excellent quality control and proactive selfchecking.
  
• Demonstrated success as a project architect leading small to mediumsized teams.
  
• Demonstrated experience organizing and managing complicated construction document sets in Revit.
  
• Proven effectiveness in mentoring and collaborating with multiple team members.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in positive team leadership delegation and conflict resolution.
  
• Working knowledge and experience of design development construction documentation and construction observation.
  
• Proven experience in building systems detailing code reviews and standards.
  
• Willing to work in Ayala Makati City.
  

• Implement QC practices to accurately complete work received from managers in U.S. avoiding rework.
  
• Create and revise construction documents following redlines and verbal or written direction with minimal supervision.
  
• Create renderings and other presentation collateral.
  
• Verify that design solutions are compliant with code and project requirements.
  
• Ask clear direct questions in a timely manner to identify issues and establish priorities within the design solution.
  
• May lead small to medium sized teams at EMAPTA location toward project goals.
  
• Coordinate with managers at other U.S. RIM offices and meet team goals and expectations.
  
• Facilitate effective internal and external communication with Manila project team members and managers and team members in the U.S.
  
• Facilitate effective and collaborative projectrelated meetings at the local office.
  
• Utilize effective leadership skills to proactively inspire mentor and coach less experienced staff.
  
• Contribute to advancing the firm s practice with design processes procedures and tools.
