Architectural Drafter For Active Pooling

Responsibilities

• Create and revise technical drawings using Revit AutoCAD and other industry software.
• Develop detailed shop drawings and plans for architectural projects including floor plans elevations and crosssections.
• Collaborate closely with architects and designers to review and ensure the technical accuracy of each design.
• Prepare documentation including material quantity calculations cost estimates and project schedules.
• Maintain project documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy of technical drawings.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders to ensure their project requirements are met.
• Keep up to date on industry technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working as an architectural drafter.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other industry software.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of building codes standards and regulations.
