Your missionfocus lies in understanding the commercial needs and goals of clients to create architectural solutions that drive the success of their businesses. This role requires a unique combination of technical skills creativity business acumen and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and development of new products.
• Manage relationships with key business partners and suppliers.
• Provide client advisory services by identifying key points and adding differential values.

Skills Experience and Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in workplace strategy and interior design with a portfolio that showcases innovative design solutions.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit SketchUp) and MS Office Suite.
• Spanish and English language.
