Job Location EcotechII Surajpur Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh

Working days Monday Saturday

Working Timings 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct indepth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends opportunities and potential areas for business growth.
2) Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Utilize various channels to generate leads identify prospects and engage in proactive outreach to expand the client base.
3) Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients architects and key stakeholders to foster longterm partnerships.
4) Proposal Development:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
5) Sales and Revenue Generation:
Drive the sales process from initiation to closure meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute significantly to revenue growth.
6) Networking and Industry Engagement:
Actively participate in industry events forums and networking opportunities to enhance the companys presence and identify potential business collaborations.

Requirements:
A background in architecture/design with a solid understanding of architectural concepts and industry dynamics.
Proven experience in market research lead generation and client relationship management.
Strong proposal development skills with the ability to create persuasive and tailored presentations.
Demonstrated success in sales and revenue generation meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional networking skills and a proactive approach to industry engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Goaloriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD software.
Experience in an architecture/interior design firm is preferable.
