As a part of The Sublime Group, Philicima Design Studios is an architectural & interior design bureau for high-end homes in Europe s most sought-after vacation destinations. Our track record entails full architectural and interior design services for luxury single-family homes worth a total of EUR 250 Million located in Europe s finest destinations such as e.g. Ibiza, Comporta, Kitzb hel and many more.

To support the company s ongoing expansion, we are looking for a highly skilled Architect to join us.

Tasks

• Perform independent investigations, studies, and architectural analysis
• Develop design details, plans and specifications from early drafts to finished details either on your own or as part of a larger team
• Develop design details, plans and specifications from concept development through to completion either on your own or in collaboration with other construction professionals
• Manage complex construction projects while keeping in mind the big picture

Requirements

• Inspiration, passion and enthusiasm for creating residential projects
• Professional Degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch preferred)
• Love of teamwork as well as a high level of personal commitment for the projects at hand
• Proficiency in BIM software (preferably ArchiCad) required
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in German and in English
• Attention to minute detail and strong technical drawing skills
