Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.

About the role

Were now looking for an AR Manager. Youll be part of our Finance team at our headquarters located in central Stockholm. You will be an integral part of a multinational organization where you will oversee the accounts receivable process for our Nordic entities. At month end you will be responsible together with your team to reconcile the balance accounts. Your work will be vital for the smooth functioning of our business entities.

Within a rapidly growing company you will be part of continuously optimizing our finance department identify improvements as well as develop our current processes. We have transfered into a new ERP system where you will play an important part in building up a new way of working within accounts receivables. You will be collaborating with colleagues both within the finance team as well as the rest of the company both locally and crossborder.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Lead create and develop the AR team

• Be responsible for the overall AR processes in terms of invoicing payment matching bank reconciliations dunning process and

• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure high quality in accounting

• Be responsible for IFRS9 related bad debt provisions in collaboration with the Group Finance team

• Work very close with the FinTech department to develop and automate our AR process to ensure high quality invoicing

• Together with the team; perform accurate and timely reconciliations at monthend and yearend close

• Responsible for revenue recognition and working with the Group Finance department on the treatment of new revenue streams

We have a close collaboration within our accounting and controller team. As well as working with your main tasks and responsibilities you will also on occasion work as backup within other finance areas. We all work together as one big team and help each other out whenever needed.

About you
You have a couple years of experience as an AR Manager within a multicompany group. You enjoy a humble but dynamic environment with various contact areas. Moreover you are a diligent and independent person who values structure and teamwork.

We are looking for a person who has:

• Relevant university degree or equivalent

• 34 years experience as an accountant within the Accounts receivable function of which at least 1 year as a manager

• Documented leadership skills and experience

• Experience in balance sheet reconciliations within accounts receivable

• Professional fluency in both Swedish and English written and verbal

• Experience in Netsuite is meritorious

• Knowledge in IFRS is a plus
