Apprentice Trainee- Production

We are hiring for one of the leading tyre manufacturers at Halol Gujarat where currently have 1500 diploma candidates working and they are from all around India which even helps to build inclusive culture. Our client is the first leading tyre industry who have started hiring female on the shopfloor in 2011. They have SMT(Selfmanaged team) methodology which helps this diploma candidates grow in their career year on year. They will be hired on company payroll.

We are hiring diploma and BSC candidates.

Below is our requirement for the production department.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Age Limit: 18 years to 22 years
   
2. Field: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Chemical/plastic/rubber
   
3. BSC in Chemistry and Physics.
   
4. We are considering interviews for batch of& Running batch of 2023.
   
5. Backlog should be clear at the time of joining.
   
6. Blood Relation not applicable
   
7. BE candidates are not eligible.
   
8. For Female: Height Minimum 5 feet & weight minimum 45KG
   
9. They will be joining as NATS (Apprentice) after one year they will be in Management Executive grade (Permanent).
   
10. They must work in production line (in all 3 shifts). They must operate machines.
    
11. Place of posting : Halol Near Vadodara
    
12. Compensation monthly stipend will be 13800 RS for one year (deduction will be Transport and Canteen).
    
13. After completion of one year CTC will be 18200 RS. (deduction will be PF gratuity Professional tax Canteen and Transport).
    

Following will be our process for the recruitment selection.

1. We will Check Height Weight and Age criteria.
   
2. After that We will give a company s presentation along with a video highlight and the job role will be explained.
   
3. After that we will take a technical test which consist of GK English Aptitude Mathematics and technical questions.
   
4. Psychometric test just to understand the IQ of the candidate.
   
5. Personal Interview
   

Based on your selection you will go for medical and based on medical clearance you will have to join immediately.
