Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in carpentry? Were thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a junior 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice Carpenter to become an integral part of our team.

As an Apprentice Carpenter with us, youll have the chance to learn and grow while working on a diverse range of maintenance and minor renovation projects for ACT Government properties. If youre someone who relishes the variety that carpentry and maintenance work brings, rather than being stuck in repetitive large projects, then this role is tailor-made for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking day-to-day general maintenance duties
- Restoring and/or replacing pergolas, eaves, decks, doors, and more
- Contributing to end-of-lease property maintenance
- Providing good customer service skills when interacting with clients
Requirements
To excel in this role, youll need to possess the following:
- A strong commitment to completing your apprenticeship
- White Card
- Drivers license
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Proficiency in manual labor
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Your own tool belt and essential tools
