Job Overview

We are currently in search of a motivated and detailoriented Appointment Setter to become a vital member of our sales team. The primary focus of this role is to engage with prospective clients by making outbound calls and setting appointments forming the backbone of our sales process. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with exceptional communication skills and a knack for persuasive conversation to contribute towards our business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services and set up appointments.
  • Effectively manage and log call outcomes and followup appointments within our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine calling strategies and approaches based on feedback and outcome analysis.
  • Identify and qualify leads and potential opportunities for the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed targeted appointment setting and sales goals.

Who Were Looking For

A successful candidate will be assertive tenacious and have a proven track record in telesales or a similar customer engagement role. We value team players who are selfmotivated and have a relentless drive to reach and exceed performance targets. Your ability to communicate effectively manage time efficiently and adapt quickly to new challenges will set you apart.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Appointment Setting Telesales or a similar role focused on customer engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills including clarity articulation and persuasion.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and competency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A strong performance history of meeting or exceeding sales and call targets.
  • Resilience and capacity to handle rejection and pressure effectively.
  • Access to a car and a valid driving license due to the location of our office.
