We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Appointment Setter to join our vibrant team. This role is critical in generating and scheduling appointments for our sales team contributing directly to the growth and success of our business. In this role that is via supporting our internal administrative and leadership team members helping with their daily tasks and workload anticipating needs being solutionsoriented and proactively finding ways to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently manage outbound calls and emails to potential clients to understand their needs and set appointments with our sales team.

  • Utilize scripts and training materials to communicate effectively with potential clients and achieve appointment setting targets.

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of call activities appointments set and followup details in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment setting strategies and improve overall conversion rates.

  • Respond promptly to any client inquiries and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in appointment setting telemarketing or a similar client engagement role is preferred.

  • Exceptional phone communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage call logs and appointments.

  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and common office software for communication and recordkeeping.

  • A positive and resilient attitude capable of confidently handling client rejections.

  • Charisma spark hustle and verve to drive sales.
