Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid 2 days a week)

Analyze and figure out where to look for issues strong presence of mind ability to work in a highpressure environment.

Heap dump analysis memory.
Technical skills .Net SQL AWS knowledge System design concepts Dynatrace

Proactive and someone who can take ownership to drive resolution
Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts and reacting quickly
Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat product issues
Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to ensure success
