Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolutions.

Diagnose and debug complex software problems by analyzing log files database entries and code.

Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs and deficiencies.

Guide customers through software installations configurations and updates.

Create and maintain technical documentation including FAQs knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.

Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure proper followup until resolution.

Participate in oncall rotation for afterhours support as required.

Assist in testing and quality assurance of software releases.

Provide feedback to improve product features and user experience based on customer interactions.


Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Min 2 years of Proven experience as a Software Support Engineer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as .NET C#

Familiarity with databases (SQL NoSQL).

Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.

Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to delivering highquality support.

Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
