Job Description

Prior experience in application production support. Ideal to have worked in client facing role.
2. Monitor and Troubleshoot applications in production servers hosted on AWS and onpremises. Having
problem analysis and isolate problems of a complex level of difficulty.
3. Good incident and problem management experience ensuring coordination between end users field
teams and L2/L3 teams across partners.
4. Escalate as per escalation matrix.
5. Work with cross functional teams and external vendors as needed. Having good verbal and
communication skills including emails etc.
6. Basic knowledge in multitier apps with Java and DB with strong problem identification skills. Having
cloud exposure will be an added advantage
7. Should be able to work with SOPs for impact release and get the ticket resolved by concern teams.
8. Willing to work as per shifts or rotational support as per client needs.
9. Having knowhow in service desk or similar standard ticketing tools.
10. Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
