Application Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean efficient code based on specifications
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to produce software designs
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Revise update and debug code
• Improve existing software
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Stay uptodate with new technology trends
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems
• Support the implementation of software solutions
• Work closely with other developers UX designers business and systems analysts
• Perform unit and integration testing before launch
• Conduct functional and nonfunctional testing
• Reinforce application scalability security and performance
• Collaborate with technical writers to create and update technical documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as an Application Developer
• Proficiency in JavaScript HTML/CSS and SQL
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong problemsolving skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes
• Knowledge of security and data protection
• Understanding of code versioning tools
• Experience with collaborative coding tools
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and focus on quality
• Knowledge of best practices for software development
• Experience with troubleshooting and software maintenance
