This scope of work is for consulting services to support the development implementation and lifecycle management of new and existing enterprise technologies required to support the Department of Health Office of Information Technology Bureau of Enterprise Foundational Services Cloud Support Team (Department). Contractor will provide these services to the Department.

5 years of experience with

Enterprise class Windows Server system design and administration including the proactive monitoring of system environments and problem resolution user support system application support Operating System (OS) support hardware/software system installation configuration and maintenance.
As an enterprise administrator in an onpremises Windows Server domain infrastructure.
Architecting and maintaining a diverse multi cloud design using Azure Entra ID tenant/domain infrastructure.
Architecting implementing managing and maintaining cloud technologies including Infrastructure Platform Software Security and Disaster as a Service models in a multi cloud environment.
Designing implementing and administering cloud networking solutions such as Virtual Networks including Express Route and Direct Connect.
Designing implementing and administering DevOps solutions in a multi cloud environment
Working directly with application teams to migrate workloads to cloud platforms including but not limited to CI/CD pipelines to foster rapid integration with DevOps solutions.
Designing implementing and administering cloud tagging costing chargeback and scaffolding solutions in a multi cloud environment.
Supporting and maintaining application identity in a multi cloud environment.
Architecting developing and maintaining a platform utilizing policy to ensure safe and responsible scripting to assist developers and nondevelopers with technologies to assist with daily tasks.

Design install maintain and document all server and cloud platform requirements in an enterprise scale Microsoft Azure Active Directory cloud platform as directed by the Department.
These duties include but are not limited to: system administration server maintenance monthly patching daily monitoring error tracking issue remediation and change control.
Perform proactive daily monitoring for all platforms serviced by the Enterprise Cloud Support Team as directed by the Department.
Investigate troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers system administrators and support teams daily as directed by the Department.
Provide technical expertise to users management vendors and peers for issues involving other Department business offices and vendors daily as directed by the Department.
Provide documented resolutions to Service Desk and Change Management tickets daily as directed by the Department.
