JD for API Developer (Java / Spring Boot/ API Security):

Qualification:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field.
• 34 years of software development experience with a strong emphasis on API development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience with Oracle Database and familiarity with CRUD operations and stored procedures.
• Understanding of API security practices and experience implementing secure communication protocols.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills. Advanced Java Java 8 features (Must)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop secure scalable and maintainable APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement and maintain API security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize Oracle Database for data storage and management writing efficient SQL queries and stored procedures for data manipulation.
• Work closely with senior developers and architects to understand and implement microservices architecture.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high code quality and learn best practices.
• Resolve technical issues.
• Participate in Scrum and other Agile processes.
