Candidates must have 25 years of antitrust experience from a nationally recognized law firm or federal antitrust agency. The ideal candidate will be versatile suitable for deployment on litigation or transactional matters. Candidates with substantial experience with analysis of competition issues in the context of major M&A transactions or substantial discovery experience and standup experience with depositions and court hearings is strongly preferred.
Requirements
All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organization writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be members in good standing of the D.C. Bar or eligible to waive in.
