Role: Android Support Lead
Level: L09
Min Experience: Between 6 to 10 years
Role Description:
Responsible for development of Android applications and support a vast number of Android devices and their integration with backend services.
Must Have Skills: Andriod Application Development and Support
Good to Have Skills:
1. Worked in Android development and Support for at least 3 to 5 years.
2. Good to have knowledge of Android SDK different versions of Android and how to deal with different screen sizes.
3. Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles patterns and best practices.
4. Experience with offline storage threading and performance tuning.
5. Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces such as touch .
6. Knowledge of the opensource Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.
7. Automotive experience is added advantage.
8. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
9. Understanding of Google Android design principles and interface guidelines.
10.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
11. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.
12. Commitment to collaborative problem solving sophisticated design and creating quality products is essential.
13. Good in communication skills handle client and offshore team with less dependency on the management team.
