Anaplan Solution Architect

Your IT Recruiter is looking for an Anaplan Solution Architect for our client. This role is Contract To Hire.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anaplan Solution Architect/Lead Developer to join our clients team. As a Solution Architect/Lead Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions using Anaplan to support incentive compensation management performance reporting analytics planning and budgeting process.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design and develop Anaplan applications including data models and dashboards.

Responsible for the overall Anaplan architecture to ensure new models and enhancements to the existing models are designed in the integrated and optimal manner.

Maintain & optimize all our current Anaplan models capture and deliver requirements for new or improved functionality to achieve further automation and integration of data and processes and to enhance user experience.

Perform testing and debugging of Anaplan applications to identify and resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.

Provide technical/application support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications working closely with endusers to address their needs and resolve any systemrelated problems.

Stay up to date with the Anaplan features and enhancements and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them to improve incentive compensation management performance reporting analytics planning processes.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including finance IT and Data teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Anaplan with other systems and processes.

Document technical specifications system configurations and development processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation.

Requirements

Contract To Hire Role

At least 7 years of experience with Anaplan product (minimum of 3 implementations focusing on incentive compensation and revenue models)

Extensive experience in providing Anaplan solution architecture Anaplan model building experience.

Strong experience with core financial and wider enterprise performance management processes (Incentive compensation management performance reporting/analytics planning budgeting and forecasting).

Passion and ability to create holistic endtoend integrated solutions.

Stakeholder management ability to challenge constructively not just gather requirements and potentially automate suboptimal manual processes.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.

Must work well in a team environment while being a resourceful independent selfstarter able to work effectively with minimal direction.

Skilled to document complex models and processes in a professional way

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Passion for creating fantastic user experience.

Anaplan certification is a plus.
