Analyst Contract Operations

MW Partners is currently seeking a Analyst Contract Operations to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of the complete contract process.
• Learn and adhere to company related procedures and processes.
• Manage the processing of incoming revenue generating contracts in accordance with established procedures.
• Set up and maintain customer records within systems per established procedures.
• Handle incoming queries.
• Status reporting.
• Work as part of a distributed team to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Quarterend activity.
• Business Continuity participation.
• System testing.
• Project participation.
• Work with internal teams including Sales Legal Credit and Order Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• A familiarization with SAP MS Word Excel and Outlook.
• A general knowledge of the contract process at commercial level.
• An ability to multitask prioritize and work to a very high level of accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
