Job Overview

Your Tasks

• Preparing and issuing invoices
• Quality control of invoices to ensure billing accuracy
• Thorough review and endtoend processing of AuM (Assets under Management) reports from reception of the report to invoice issuance
• Preparation and maintenance of templates for AuMbased accounts
• Communicating with clients to resolve questions and issues relating to invoices
• Proactive maintenance and resolution of issues relating to billing data in Salesforce
• Communication with Product Sales and Legal teams at Solactive to resolve billing questions
• Contributing ideas and proposals to the team to constantly improve the billing process endtoend

Your Profile

• Degree/Apprenticeship in Accounting Finance or a related field
• Ideally 13 years of relevant work experience
• Very good command of the English language (written spoken)
• Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize and structure your work independently
• Ability to communicate within and across teams to resolve issues
• Strong problemsolving mindset Proficency in MS Office especially Excel
• Knowledge or prior experience with Salesforce is a plus
