Your missions

As AML/CFT Manager you will be:

  • Managing a team of AML Analysts ensuring their performance is effectively monitored and addressing individual development needs through coaching support.
  • Coordinating with the wider AML management team to allocate resources efficiently.
  • Providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely preparation of CDD files by the team.
  • Serving as an escalation point for complex CDD matters and offering urgent support to the immediate team and Client Facing Teams.
  • Conducting 4 eyes oversight of CDD files to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Implementing regulatory andbusiness projects.
  • Ensuring the team follows company policies and guidelines.
  • Creating and maintaining relevant AML policies and procedures.
  • Acting as a deputy for Senior Manager when necessary.
  • Compiling and maintaining accurate MI/data to support regulatory and management reporting.
  • Monitoring and overseeing the timely completion of CDD periodic review cycles.
  • Staying uptodate with antimoney laundering legislations and guidance in relevant jurisdictions and being aware of emerging money laundering methodologies and policies as needed.

Your ideal profile

  • University degree or equivalent in Business Economics Commerce or related subjects or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Around 5 years experience in (AML/CFT) or a compliance role within the financial services sector.
  • Experience and knowledge of Funds would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Demonstrating a team player attitude.
  • Exhibiting good time management and organizational skills.
  • Having an analytical approach and proficient research skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
  • Demonstrating a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
