RNs with level I trauma center experience tend to do best in this team. Experience floating to a variety of ICUs highly desired.
Must be comfortable and competent to care for icu patients in the following environments: neuro/trauma sicu micu cps/vicu ccu. progressive critical care unit (pccu) and ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placement.
Must have 3 years of permanent staff RN ICU experience
*Must provide a reference from a supervisor during your time as a staff RN.
