Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes including communicating with stakeholders escalating progress impediments managing risk and driving improvement.

Work with Product/Solution Management Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve issues ensuring timely delivery of highquality software releases.

Develop and maintain Release Management processes and procedures ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Provide leadership and guidance to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Technical Experience:

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Release Management processes.

Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

Educational Qualification: strong educational background in Software Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
