As an Amazon Chat Process Executive you will be entrusted with efficiently managing customer inquiries through various channels such as webchat email and social media. Your primary responsibilities will encompass providing prompt and accurate responses to customer queries via voice email and chat as well as maintaining precise and updated customer records. Additionally keenly identifying customer needs and offering assistance in effectively utilizing specific features will be part of your routine tasks.

Candidate Qualifications:
