There is not a need for prior Amazon or Account Management experience for this role only a passion to learn Amazon and all things e-commerce from one of the best in the industry!

• Workwith the wider team to ensure projects are delivered and clients Amazon Business sales continues to scale
  
• Work closely with the SEO team and oversee and optimise product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithms and keyword search rankings (All included in training)
  
• Listing creation / Listing Auditing: working closely with internal teams to ensure clients ASINs are best in class
  
• Asset Creation Work with the Graphic Design team to create engaging Amazon imagery for clients
  
• Work with Advertising team to ensure our client s Advertising budget is maximised and delivering against our agreed strategy
  
• Support the Project Management of A+ content and store design
  
• Support the monitoring accounts health and performance metrics and implement strategies to ensure account health is kept intact
  

Requirements

• Passion for e-commerce and innovation, someone who is looking to constantly improve and wants to bring new ideas to the table
  
• IT Literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with particularly strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  
• The ability to process and retain information
  
• Great customer service skills and telephone manner
  
• Keen interest / passion for learning all things Amazon
  
• Must be a team player
