There is an urgent opening in a leading engineering company.
Designation: AM/ Manager Precast Operations
Location: Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 57 years in Expertise in precast operations pattern manufacturing and assembly.
Specialized in understanding CAD drawing and 3D models for pattern assembly and inspection. Competent in using MS Office ERP.
Qualification: B Tech/B.E in production/mechanical engineering
Responsibilities:
Responsible for complete activities related to WAX and Replicast patterns making and assembly Shelling De foaming as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
It includes the pattern Scheduling on Wax press Pattern assembly and Caging Manual & Robotic Coating Shell De foaming Shell Firing etc.
Complete documentation of records related to process as per the AS9100:2018 norms.
Ensuring the proper implementation of the SOP. Responsible for implementation of Lean
Manufacturing practices and actively take part in the Six sigma Projects and Kaizen.
Preparation and readiness of pattern for tree assembly and coating as per the Shelling requirement.
Monitoring the Managing the OEE for identified equipments.
Manage and control the proper up keeping of wax Dies and Patterns.
Coordinate with QC Dept. for the Inspection of pattern.
Responsible to ensure operator level preventative maintenance is conducted on all equipment to ensure fault free operation.
Liaise with maintenance department for short/long term maintenance planning and execution.
