Title: Alfresco System Engineer
Location: Plano TX (Remote)
Description:
Perform Installation configuration and maintenance for Alfresco Governance Services (AGS) Alfresco Process Service (APS) and Alfresco Content System (ACS) within a Windows and Linux ecosystems.
Provide Alfresco expertise and best practices for a new implementation of Alfresco as an enterprise digital asset and content management system.
Conduct system administration duties such as setup ongoing configuration including but not limited to installation configuration patching customization and to apply and maintain DoD security STIG compliance.
Own all tasks to integrate Alfresco and external enterprise task management tools.
Experience integrating Alfresco with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) via Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) authentication.
Ability to manage and maintain Alfresco workflows data separation rules and permission structures.
Prepare asis and tobe network and process diagrams.
Prepare visual representations suitable for publication and use in strategic communications.
Perform daily Alfresco sustainment.
Develop and implement automation scripts to optimize system processes and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Conduct deskside support for client technical support staff.
