Strong administration expertise on the Unix (AIX)/Linux environments. Expertise on scripting with bash/shell. Expertise in deploying builds using Software Configuration Management tools bootstrapped deployments Jenkins CHEF and Bitbucket and release management activities. Alert handling and monitoring using tools like Splunk and perform triaging of incidents. Experience in handling Java exceptions Oracle DB errors and similar application failures. Good understanding of networking concepts such as Firewall/VPN. Must be able to trace network / connectivity issues that impacts application. Have performed serverside Automation shell scripting ansible or similar tools. Have experience working on ITSM tools BMC Remedy Helix Jira Experienced in setting up and administering middleware tools IBM MQ Kafka and Tibco FTL Security and Quality Orientation SSL certificate management. Google Cloud will be a plus. Good communication Strong problemsolving skills.
