Air Operations Specialist

At The Wise Seeker we are looking for an important client to be responsible for the growth and development of the air freight business by providing excellent operational service and overseeing all operational freight activities.

Location: New York

Functions

1. Supervise Airfreight Operations file management.
2. Ensure postbooking tasks completion.
3. Support customer service in query resolution.
4. Manage endtoend Carrier Management.
5. Develop carrier relationships for costeffective rates.
6. Enhance team productivity and SOP compliance.
7. Analyze air freight rates strategically.
8. Review ops plan for improvements.
9. Oversee affirmative action plans and complaint resolution.
10. Ensure compliance with key accounts.
11. Review departmental targets and stay updated with regulations.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in air operations air freight and the freight industry.
2. Proficient in file management activities post booking.
3. Extensive experience in endtoend Carrier Management for Airfreight Operations.
4. Skilled in analyzing air freight rates for strategic decisionmaking.
