AIR EMISSIONS STACK TEST FIELD TEAM LEADER

comprehensive air quality management solutions. With a focus on safety and innovation we assist
clients around the globe and across various industries in meeting regulatory requirements and solving
problems. As we continue to grow we are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our
team as an Air Emissions Stack Test Field Team Leader.


The Air Emissions Stack Test Field Team Leader will be responsible for leading field operations and
managing a team of technicians during air emissions stack testing projects. This position requires strong
leadership skills technical expertise in air quality testing methodologies and a commitment to safety
and quality assurance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful
execution of field activities and the collection of accurate and reliable data.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians during air emissions stack testing projects ensuring
    adherence to safety protocols standard operating procedures and project specifications.
  • Plan and coordinate field activities including equipment setup calibration sample collection and data
    recording to ensure efficient and accurate execution of tests.
  • Conduct pretest meetings and safety briefings with field personnel to review project objectives
    protocols and sitespecific hazards.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance troubleshooting and repairs to ensure proper functioning and
    reliability throughout the duration of the project.
  • Provide onsite technical support and guidance to field technicians addressing any challenges or issues
    that may arise during testing.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project objectives are met on time and within
    budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Compile and review field data ensuring accuracy and completeness and prepare preliminary reports
    summarizing test procedures and findings.
  • Assist with posttest data analysis and interpretation working closely with project managers and
    technical staff to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in air emissions stack testing with demonstrated leadership and
    supervisory experience.
  • Minimum of one or more QSTI certifications.
  • Bachelors degree in environmental science engineering or related field; military experience may also
    be considered as a substitute for educational requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of air quality regulations emissions testing methodologies and instrumentation
    techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fastpaced field environment with a focus on safety
    quality and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively
    project managers and field personnel.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Professional certifications (e.g. PMP EIT PE) are a plus.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.

Must pass drug screen criminal background check motor vehicle record review and a DOT medical
exam. Must have a current valid drivers license. May not possess a medical marijuana card nor have an
