Condominium located in Fort Lauderdale is looking for an air conditioning technician to work full time Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
It will be done for the Backgraund check position
Tasks
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- HVAC Technician responsibilities include talking with customers about their HVAC needs performing maintenance and installations as needed and prioritizing calls based on business goals.
Requirements
Profile 2 years residential HVAC maintenance experience
Good communication skills
