Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with a focus on voice technology and IT integrations to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing developing and implementing AIdriven applications that enhance voice interactions and integrate seamlessly with various IT systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Voice Technology Development:
   
• Design and implement AIdriven voice applications for diverse platforms.
  
• Develop and optimize natural language processing (NLP) algorithms for improved voice recognition and understanding.
  
2. IT Integration:
   
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AI solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
  
• Ensure seamless communication between AI applications and IT components such as databases servers and APIs.
  
3. Customization and Optimization:
   
• Customize AI models to meet specific business requirements and industry needs.
  
• Optimize AI algorithms for performance scalability and reliability.
  
4. Research and Development:
   
• Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in AI voice technology and IT integration.
  
• Conduct research to identify new opportunities and innovative solutions in the field.
  
5. Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including software developers data scientists and UX/UI designers to deliver integrated and cohesive solutions.
  
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in AI development with a focus on voice technology and IT integration.
  
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python Java or C.
  
• Experience with voice recognition systems NLP and machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch).
  
• Familiarity with IT systems databases and APIs.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  
• Design build test and deploy software applications and features
  
• Carry software products through the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  
• Write clean concise and efficient code
  
• Manage code documentation and version control
  
• Work in an agile environment to release software on a regular schedule
  
• Troubleshoot and debug software
  
• Work with business analysts to define software requirements
