Agricultural Education Instructor

Location:Wichita KS US*There will be minimal domestic travel required to support other training centers and instructors.

Top Must Haves:

• Strong knowledge of Agriculture equipment and/or precision technology
• Demonstrated professional communication skills: ability to create and deliver challenging content which is engaging and effective in simple terms to attendees using todays technological classroom.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage meetings with subject matter experts meet delivery deadlines and understand a variety of products and systems.
  

Job Details:

• Individuals will develop and deliver training mainly for our clients dealership parts professionals but will also include company personnel and customers. T
• The instructors will place a heavy emphasis on features applications and common parts needs for our clients equipment as well as professional skills for the clients Ag and Turf dealership employees.
• Instructors will have opportunities to deliver develop and update creative and engaging content for students across the clients dealership network.
• Many of these classes are virtual courses that range from four to eight hours long while inperson classes typically span two days with two classes taught per week.
• Students consist of parts professionals and other aftermarket employees from our clients dealerships throughout North America and occasionally Australia.
  

Education:

• Degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelors degree in an Education discipline or Agriculture (AgriBusiness Communication Ag Ed etc.)
• JD TECH or similar technical degree would also be acceptable
  

Years of Experience Required:

• 15 years
  

Specific Software requirements:

• Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite (such as Microsoft PowerPoint) as well as learn departmentspecific computer programs
