2. Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for overseeing and managing a project from its conception to its completion .
3. Key Accountabilities:
l Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders providing daytoday contact on project status and changes.
l Budget preparation and submission to Accounts.
l Coordination with Architects.
l Technical discussion with Architect for Design & BOQ preparation.
l Analyze project progress and when necessary adapt scope timelines and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
l Project Schedule making for timely completing the project.
l Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance providing purpose direction and motivation.
4. Qualifications Experience & Skills:
Qualification & Salary
MBA or Experienced Professional in Retail as Project Head minimum 15 years.
18LPA 20 LPA CTC as per experience & interview outcome.
