As an Agile Program Manager at Employ you will help to usher in One Employ way of working that brings together our global R&D organization. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects and scrum teams locally while also acting as a catalyst to more closely align our teams around the world. Initially you will work within the broader R&D Operations team as you support the PMO Lead in building a local Program Management Organization.
Coordinate schedules among several Agile projects and teams and manage dependencies.
Act as Scrum Master for one or more teams organizing and/or facilitating daily standup meetings reviews retrospectives and driving resolution of impediments in partnership with Engineering Managers.
Facilitate effective sprint planning collaborating with Product Managers to make sure the backlog is ready for development justintime.
Maintain team metrics and facilitate effective reporting on status of quarterly and sprint commitments.
Ensure teams strive for potentially releasable code each sprint.
Effectively prioritize your time to have a wide impact on our shared success.
Work with PMO Lead to design and implement project process change across the R&D organization.
Build relationships with local Product and Engineering leaders and those in North America acting as a connector between teams improving transparency and information sharing.
Identify and escalate problem areas and potential solutions to get help addressing inefficiencies R&Dwide.
