Must Haves:
35 years of experience as Agile Coach
Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks
Experience with organizational change to an Agile software development methodology
Experience mentoring and coaching the teams on removing impediments
Experience facilitating the relationships between the Agile team and product owner and maintaining a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution

Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on specific project methods. Prepares training materials training sessions on project delivery methodology in accordance to guidelines. Acquires customizes documents integrates communicates and implements comprehensive IT standards and guidelines.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques in particular in large organizations 50%
Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks
Demonstrated commitment and proven ability to do effective stakeholder management
Experience leading the Agile methodology and development teams in selforganization and identifying and filling in blanks in the framework
Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks
