Coach and assist existing teams through challenges and blockers; intervene when needed. Foster practices for identifying tracking discussing and resolving crossteam dependencies. Encourage a culture of learning and continuous improvement among agile coaches. Assess measure and track the maturity of agile practices in our marketing organization helping teams to accelerate performance improvement and achieve greater success. Identify organizational impediments to successful agile adoption and work across functions and with marketing leadership to resolve them effectively. Be an advocate for agile culture and values. Lead by example. Cultivate and sustain an agile culture and mindset of continuous improvement evolving our agile framework based on changing needs and emerging best practices. Continue to refine our agile marketing model and playbook. Evolve our curriculum of agile training materials along with a process and cadence to train teams on our Agile marketing model.
10 years of experience as an agile coach in largeenterprise environments. At least five years of experience operating in a global role across multiple markets and geographies. At least five years of experience coaching marketing organizations on their adoption of agile methods. Experience coaching up and down organizations including leadership teams executives line managers delivery teams and individuals. Demonstrated experience in facilitation and training. Coaching certifications (e.g. CTI ICF) strongly preferred. Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Alliance SAFe) preferred.
