Agile Coach

Lithe Transformation is a growing agile business transformation consultancy. We are working with a global brand in the insurance industry and now have a requirement for an Agile Coach to augment our team.

Our ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in pureplay agile coaching (you will be an Agile Coach currently or in your recent last job) backed up with plenty of previous experience as an agilist (for example as a Scrum Master or Product Owner) and looking to make their next career move with an expert consultancy that has a name in the agile world for excellence. Our directors are both top agilists and we are proud of our Alist client portfolio both in the UK and throughout EMEA. You must have experience of coaching under SAFe and some financials background (insurance banking/finance fintech etc) is a plus. You will also have a strong technical background and have experience of supporting IT teams.

In return we are able to offer a salary of up to £65k and excellent career growth prospects. The role can be done onsite at our clients offices in Canary Wharf or else remotely from anywhere in the UK.
