Position Name:Agile Coach In JPBU

Responsibilities:

  • Key champion in driving JPBU’s transformation to an Agile/Lean organization by educating, supporting, and scaling teams as they learn the principles of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
  • Develop JPBU’s workforce of the future by creating, procuring, facilitating, and enabling digital and agile content
  • Unleash the creativity of employees through the creation and facilitation of workshops that help participants transcend current technical and mindset constraints to think about.
  • Design KPIs and assess the Agile maturity of the organization and improve business operating model transformation based on the assessment result.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Data & Technology office and contribute to initiatives for organizational transformation across the globe

Qualifications:

  • + 5 years of experience as an agile coach (pharmaceutical industry or consulting firm which support other industries.)
  • Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Leadership which enable formulating strategies and implementing changes in response to uncertainty.
  • An excellent communicator and motivator with implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments.
  • Comfortable leading multi-day workshops and training modules.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to contribute team’s output maximization.
  • The mindset of adopting a variety of ways of thinking to achieve better results.
  • Experience in at least 5 projects associated with the transformation of agile business models (Pharma Industry is preferred)
  • Experience in change management within a large organization +1,000 people (change management in business processes is preferred)
  • Experience with computer-based learning software (e.g. Articulate, Captivate, Microsoft Sway, etc.) that incorporates video, audio (podcasts), and interactive experiences (preferred).
  • Agile related credentials (Agile Coach or equivalent are mandatory)
  • SAFe related credentials
  • Experience coaching at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies
  • Demonstrated knowledge or interest in digital technologies
  • Understanding of latest digital trends and direction of digital innovation
  • Bi-Lingual (Japanese/English) (due to communication or debate required with Global Teams. Strong English skills are required)
