Job Title: After Sales Service Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Arrange staffs attendance leave daily work tasks.
• Conducting wiring debugging for equipment ensuring proper connections and communication to support normal production operations.
• Configure firmware for hardware equipment such as robots conveyors servers servo scanners etc.
• Adjusting equipment parameters based on the actual production situation to ensure efficient operation and optimize production efficiency.
• Monitoring and maintaining equipment components promptly replacing damaged components to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
• Understanding and reading simple equipment programs (PLC) to ensure that the equipment runs correctly according to the specified program.
• Conducting comprehensive analysis of equipment systems swiftly and accurately addressing equipment issues to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.
• Conducting CPK/GRR (Process Capability Index/ Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility) analysis and using data to identify and address potential equipment issues to improve production quality.
• Perform automation system integration test
• Resolving technical issues around automation equipment

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Robotics/Electrical Engineering OR equivalent experience that encompasses the knowledge gained through a diploma
• Manage a team of members
• Mandarin speaker
• Familiarity with HMI’s (Machine user interfaces)
• Debugging skill
• Sound handson technical ability with assembly methodologies including locational methods setup at assembly pneumatic actuators servo motors limit switches robotics steels plastics belting methods etc
• Technical knowledge of cam driven linkages discrete component assembly and automation
