Q2Q Solutions is a precision engineering company located in MEPZ Special Economic Zone in Chennai India. The company specializes in precision machining design and manufacturing of aerospace components.
1. Manufacturing Planning: Developing production schedules and plans in coordination with other departments to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and ensuring adherence to quality standards and budget constraints.
2. Production Supervision: Overseeing the daily operations of the production floor including monitoring production processes tracking progress and troubleshooting any issues or delays that may arise. Ensuring that safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
3. Team Management: Managing production teams and personnel including hiring training and evaluating employees. Assigning tasks setting goals and providing guidance and support to ensure employees are performing at their best and meeting production targets.
4. Quality Control and Assurance: Implementing and monitoring quality control processes to ensure the production of highquality aerospace components or products. Collaborating with quality assurance teams to conduct inspections tests and audits throughout the production process to identify and rectify any deviations from quality standards.
5. Equipment and Resource Management: Ensuring that machinery tools and equipment used in the production process are properly maintained repaired and coordinated. Coordinating with the procurement department to ensure the availability of necessary resources such as raw materials and components to avoid disruption in production.
6. Cost Control: Monitoring production costs and working closely with the finance department to analyze expenses identify costsaving opportunities and implement measures to optimize production efficiency while maintaining profitability.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process enhancements efficiency improvements and cost reduction initiatives. Implementing lean manufacturing principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among production teams.
8. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and quality management systems (such as AS9100). Keeping uptodate with industry trends technology advancements and regulatory changes to ensure production processes are aligned with the latest requirements.
9. Communication and Coordination: Collaborating with other departments such as engineering supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products. Facilitating effective communication and coordination among crossfunctional teams to resolve any interdepartmental issues or conflicts.
10. Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports and performance metrics related to production efficiency quality and cost. Conducting data analysis to identify trends areas for improvement and potential bottlenecks in the production process. Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
