Our client specializes in the Space and Defense vertical.
We are looking for a FPGA Design Engineering Manager to lead a group of FPGA designers.
As a FPGA Design Engineering Manager you will...

Manage a team of 10 designers

Provide technical support and knowledge

Select engineering tools

Drive improvements in design processes

Mentor and encourage new engineers

Ensuring engineering team adheres to the required policies and processes

Foster a culture of enjoying engineering design.

Review FPGA designs

Provide engineering feedback to design architectures.

Encourage teamwork

Measure and report progress toward ontime delivery goals

Ensure the design project meets internal and customer requirements by ensuring adherence to the required policies and procedures


Skills and attributes youll need for this role...

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

10 or more years of design and development in FPGA design and test.

Demonstrate detail knowledge of VHDL coding and how to optimize for performance

History of managing/leading people.

This position requires access to United States exportcontrolled information.
