Tasks

We are seeking an Advisor & Mentor to join our team and collaborate closely with our Tech Lead. In this role youll serve as a supportive partner assisting in the growth and development of Klink. While your primary focus will be on working with the Tech Lead youll also have opportunities for occasional interaction with the wider team. Our team consists of 10 individuals 7 in the tech team and we have a live product. The technical team is expected to grow further over the course of this year.

Your Responsibilities:

• Offer mentorship to the Tech Lead emphasizing team building managerial skills organizational growth and leadership development.
• Act as a collaborative contributor in technical decisionmaking processes and contribute insights to shape the companys roadmap.
• Assess technical decisionmaking processes and assist in partner selection for strategic initiatives.

Requirements

We are seeking an Advisor with a proven track record in successfully launching products within the crypto or fintech sectors and who understands the key elements of effective technical leadership.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in developing products within the crypto or fintech domain.
• Preferably previous involvement with cryptoexchanges or wallet projects.
• Strong background in building and overseeing technical teams.
• Detailoriented with a background in project management.
