Title: Construction Project Manager (Onsite)
Location: San Leandro CA
Industry: Residential Construction General Contractor

Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout projects
- Oversee construction sites and coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to quality standards
- Monitor progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives
- Provide regular updates to the CEO and stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of Construction Project Management experience
- Valid California Contractors License (GC B)
- Handson construction experience (electrical plumbing mechanical framing etc.)
- Proficiency in inspections quality control and permit negotiation
- Proficiency in PM software (Procore Clickup)
- Valid CA driver s license and car
Preferred Qualifications:
- ADU shed construction experience
- Superintendent experience or owned a small construction company
- Prefab production and manufacturing PM experience
Benefits
- Employment type: Contracttohire (3month 1099 contract followed by a W2 fulltime offer)
- Base salary: $80000 $120000 per year monthly bonuses
- Commission: 13% per finished project 36 projects per month
- Total compensation: $104000 $192000 per year
- Gas is compensated upon provision of receipts
