Are you an Administrator looking for part-time work in and around School hours with a hybrid working arrangement?

Do you enjoy organising and keeping on top of workflows and activities to ensure that client work and tasks are completed?

Our fast-growing B2B Partner is looking for an Administration Support Officer to come and join the team on a Part-Time basis. Working patterns will either be 3 or 4 days per week with hybrid/flexible working depending on your circumstances and is based in Clevedon.

You will be responsible for

  • Administration and supporting campaign activities to underpin effective day to day operations.
  • CRM reports and compiling bespoke reports for individual client needs
  • Campaign administrations, briefing team members and scheduling of email campaigns
  • Researching prospects to compile data lists
  • Client administration
  • Assisting in onboarding clients - such as setting up files, gathering and inputting information
  • Data input, organisation and analysis - for example, if the client provides Insurance services and you notice a few insurance companies in the data then removing them.
  • Setting up and cross referencing with other sources of data. Will need to love functions like A-Z and find duplicates
  • Creating and sending follow up emails
  • Carrying out data compliance administration

About You

To be considered you will have at least 1-2 years' experience working in an admin role. The below points are important for the successful candidate:

  • Knowledge of administration processes and flows
  • Strong numerical ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to details
  • Proficient user of Excel/Word
  • Working knowledge of Office 365
  • Be a self-motivator used to working remotely and managing your day to day work
  • Have some experience working with a variety of software including bespoke systems (advantage)
  • Able to follow processes consistently but also allow for the nuances of each client and service type
  • Experience of working in a sales or marketing environment (advantage)
  • You must be eligible to live and work in the UK at the time you start employment.
