Administrator and Image Supervisor Operative

We are working with our client in the recruitment of Admin and Processing Image Chargehand Operatives, based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

Excellent hourly rate from 12.98 to 13.85 per hour, plus excellent opportunity for a perm placement following 12 weeks.

Shift pattern:

• Monday to Thursday 07.30 to 16.00pm
• Fridays 07.30 to 13.00pm
• 37.5 hours per week

Pay:

• 112.98 to 13.85 per hour
• Paid weekly

Main Duties:

• Support productivity within the Image Processing department, ensuring that production and quality standards are met, resulting in efficient processing of customer orders within specified lead times.

• You'll have the ability to adjust workload priorities for the team, make decisions independently, and work autonomously. Additionally, you'll provide training assistance to all team members.

• In addition, you'll also monitor productivity within the Logo Administration team, ensuring that staffing levels, processing efficiency, and quality targets are appropriate and consistently met.

• You'll excel at prioritising tasks amidst a heavy workload, displaying confidence in decision-making, and working independently to ensure accurate maintenance of customer orders and files.

• Stand in for the Admin and Image Processing Supervisor during absence and holiday with support from the Logo Ball Manager.

• Be able to self-manage their workload and co-ordinate with other departments.

• Have a good eye for detail and confident in making decisions.

• Able to work under pressure
