Job Title: Administrative Executive

Location: Mumbai Delhi Hyderabad (Multiple Positions Available)

Job Type: FullTime Work from Office

Annual CTC: 3.0 4.5 LPA

and detailoriented professionals to join our team as Administrative Executives at

multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

1. Office Management:

Ensure smooth daytoday operations of the office.

Handle front desk activities including managing phone calls and

visitors.

Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

2. Travel Coordination:

Assist in making travel arrangements for employees.

Manage travel itineraries and accommodations.

3. Vendor Management:

Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services.

Ensure timely payments and maintain vendor relationships.

4. Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing company events meetings and conferences.

Coordinate logistics for various office activities.

5. Documentation and Filing:

Maintain and organize important documents and files.

Assist in recordkeeping and documentation.

6. Communication:

Handle internal and external communications.

Draft and send emails and memos on behalf of the team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

13 years of experience in administrative roles.

Work Environment:

Work from the office setting.

Annual CTC: 3.0 4.5 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
